Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days, depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method or to the bank account provided by the student after verification.

Cancellation by Student

If a student voluntarily withdraws from a course after admission, refunds will be governed by the institute's applicable cancellation rules and may not be available.

Right to Reject Refund Requests

The institute reserves the right to reject refund requests that:
